Footprint to Freedom Submits Written Statement to the UNODC Constructive Dialogue on the Smuggling of Migrants

Footprint to Freedom has submitted a written statement to the Constructive Dialogue on the Smuggling of Migrants under the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime (UNTOC). The statement reflects our commitment to contributing survivor-informed perspectives to international discussions on migrant protection, trafficking in persons, and human rights.

We also acknowledge the important role of the UNODC Civil Society Unit in creating opportunities for constructive engagement between Member States and civil society organizations. These dialogues provide an important platform for sharing expertise, strengthening international cooperation, and ensuring that lived experience informs more effective responses to organized crime.
